Here's what you'll need:
To port your exisiting phone number from ${ currentProvider.name } to Australia Post Mobile, you will need the following:
- Identification (Driver's license, Australian Passport, Australian Travel Visa).
- You must have no outstanding payments.
- The date of birth registered with ${ currentProvider.name }.
- Account number registered with ${ currentProvider.name }

Here's what to expect:
- Transferring/Porting your number can take up to 72 hours to process (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays).
- Your current service will not stop working until the transfer is complete.
- DO NOT cancel your existing service, your service needs to be active for us to transfer your number.
- Leave your current SIM in your phone until it stops working or we notify you that the transfer has been completed.
- When your current SIM stops working, put your new Australia Post Mobile SIM into your phone, power it off and back on again to connect to the network.
- We recommend you ensure your current service is not in arrears when attempting to transfer/port your number, as this may delay or cause the request to be denied.
