Australia Post Mobile and Broadband Service Closure
All 365-day prepaid mobile plans will expire and be disconnected by 30 September 2024.
All 30-day / monthly mobile and broadband services have now expired.
- After careful consideration, Australia Post discontinued sales of Australia Post Mobile and Broadband products on 1 July 2024.
- All 30 day / monthly services (broadband and mobile) expired on 30 July 2024.
- Existing 365-day prepaid mobile customers can continue to use their service up until 30 September 2024. Customers will be eligible for a pro-rata refund for any remaining balance on their plan.
- Australia Post Mobile and Broadband customers were advised of the service terminations on 1 May 2024.
