If you’re an existing 365-day mobile plan customer, you can continue to renew your service until 30 June 2024. Any renewals will remain valid until your expiry date, up to 30 September 2024. You will be eligible to receive a refund for the expiry period remaining on your plan as at 30 September 2024.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused. To ensure continued service, please transfer your service to an alternative provider before your service terminates.

Customers on the $30 plan can make $50 of international calls and customers on the $40 plan can make $300 of international calls to any country. See below for rates to each country. Calls must originate in Australia. All calls are billed in 30-second increments. A flagfall of $0.33 applies.

We reserve the right to investigate any issue and advise whether or not you are eligible to make a claim. We may also request evidence of any coverage issue with Australia Post Mobile at our discretion.
