From Monday 1 July 2024, Australia Post Mobile and Broadband products and services will no longer be available in-store or online.

  • Existing 30-day prepaid mobile and monthly broadband customers can continue to renew their service until 30 June 2024. Any renewals will remain valid until their expiry date, up to 30 July 2024.
  • Existing 365-day prepaid mobile customers can continue to renew their service until 30 June 2024. Any renewals will remain valid until their expiry date, up to 30 September 2024.
  • All products will be unavailable for purchase by new customers from 1 May 2024.
